The Sree Kailas Group’s journey began in 1983 with the establishment of Carto Packs in Kochi by our Chairman, Dr. S. Rajkumar. This marked the inception of our diverse business ventures.
1983: Inception with Cartopacks, a carton manufacturing plant in Kochi.
Early Diversification:-
- 1991: Sree Sakthi Paper Mills Ltd (later Cellaspace – infrastructure development).
- 1995: Shri Kailash Logistics Ltd (Industrial infrastructure developers.).
- 2010: Visakh Homes Ltd (now One Alpha Ventures Ltd – infrastructure development).
- 2011: Shri Kailash Logistics (Chennai) Ltd – Pioneered private industrial parks in South India.
- 2021: Shri Kailash Solar Power Pvt. Ltd. (SKSP) – Sustainable energy transition solutions
